At Leonahe Moments, every item is thoughtfully created just for you. Because our products are custom-made, from photo magnets to digital designs, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!

However, we know that things don’t always go as planned, so here’s how we handle any issues:

Returns & Refunds

• Customized orders (such as photo magnets) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

• Digital design files are also non-refundable, as time and creativity go into each custom creation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or there was a mistake on our end, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Be sure to include photos of the issue and your order number so we can make it right.

• In these cases, we may offer a replacement or a store credit, depending on the situation.

 Not Happy with Your Order?

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please don’t hesitate to reach out. While we can’t accept returns on custom items, we’ll do our best to make it right, whether through a credit toward a future order or another solution.
