Getting Started

All digital design orders begin with a detailed email conversation. Please provide a valid email address when placing your order so we can begin the design process.

We will discuss:

What the design is for (e.g., birthday party, wedding, announcement, etc.)

Color scheme, theme, and any inspiration photos

Specific wording, names, dates, and special details you'd like included
- Size of the print

Turnaround Time

After all design details are confirmed via email, please allow up to 5 business days for the initial design draft.

Communication via email ensures we have a clear tracking history and reference for your order.
Revisions & Edits

Each order includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your design.

Additional edits beyond the included 3 may be subject to an additional fee.
Final Delivery

Once approved, your final design will be sent via email as a high-resolution JPG file, ready for you to print or share digitally.
