Digital Prints Design Policy

We take pride in creating custom digital designs that reflect your vision, whether it’s for a special celebration, announcement, or event. To ensure a smooth and collaborative process, please review our policy below:

Getting Started

  • All digital design orders begin with a detailed email conversation. Please provide a valid email address when placing your order so we can begin the design process.

  • We will discuss:

    • What the design is for (e.g., birthday party, wedding, announcement, etc.)

    • Color scheme, theme, and any inspiration photos

    • Specific wording, names, dates, and special details you'd like included

    • Size of the print 

Turnaround Time

  • After all design details are confirmed via email, please allow up to 5 business days for the initial design draft.

  • Communication via email ensures we have a clear tracking history and reference for your order.

Revisions & Edits

  • Each order includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your design.

  • Additional edits beyond the included 3 may be subject to an additional fee.

Final Delivery

  • Once approved, your final design will be sent via email as a high-resolution JPG file, ready for you to print or share digitally.

  • Please note: No physical items will be shipped for digital orders.
